Sonali Bankers, formed in the year 2012 is a platform of about thirteen thousand officers of Sonali Bank Limited through which they exchange their views, banking knowledge, daily operational problems and solutions, personal and branch achievement and motivational factors to each other. It is the largest bankers’ network of the country. It has been working to create professional mind set among the officers of the bank and arranges various professional programs throughout the year. সোনালী ব্যাংকার্স একুশ সদস্য বিশিষ্ট নির্বাহী বোর্ড দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়। এর একটি সংগঠক বোর্ড, একটি উপদেষ্টা বোর্ড আছে। এই সংগঠনের প্রধানকে প্রধানসংগঠক বলা হয়। জনাব কামরুল হাসান এর প্রধান সংগঠক ও মো. রবিউল আলম এর সদস্যসচিব।
এর আটটি উপকমিটি রয়েছে। উপকমিটির দলনেতাকে সমন্বয়ক বলা হয়। একজন সমন্বয়ক ও সহসমন্বয়ক এর নেতৃত্বে প্রতিটি টিম কাজ করে।
